TERMS (Pre-paid accounts):
Accounts on Check/Cash Option:
Invoices for services are billed on the 15th of the month before the renewal date. Renewals start on the 1st of the Calendar Month. All invoices are due on the 1st and no later than the 5th**. On the 6th, we put accounts not paid on HOLD Status. Accounts not paid by the end of the month are cancelled for non-payment. A $45.00 setup fee to restart service will apply per domain.
Accounts on Credit Card/Paypal Option:
No invoices are sent with this option. We charge your credit card on the 1st of the month. If a credit card is declined, we will email or call you to notify you there is a problem charging your account. If there is no payment arrangement made by the 5th**, we will put the account on HOLD Status on the 6th. Accounts not paid by the end of the month are cancelled for non-payment. A $45.00 setup fee to restart service will apply.
HOLD Status = We will put "temporarily down" message on web hosting area. (We may move files, but will not delete any files. Site can easily be turned back on when payment is made.)
Cancellation = Web site is taken completely off our servers. We are not responsible for files after cancellation. If you want files sent to you or zipped up for you to download on the net you must give us at least 1 week notice so we can arrange to send you your files. On volume hosting or larger accounts, we need a 30 day notice and your account must be current and paid in full.
You may cancel at any time. No Refunds on pre-paid accounts whether monthly or annually paid. Use of CityScope Net services constitutes your agreement to these terms.
